is in play and it's ability is triggered while Cookies of Truth is also in play the player who controls Penguin Who's OK gets to see the top card of their deck while making the choice of which player to choose with Penguin Who's OK. - • (02/03/2025) Any effect that says draw two cards is equivalent to saying draw a card twice. This means that if cookies of truth is in play both cards are revealed to the opponent in the drawing process.
