Notes & Rulings
- • (01/25/2025) If Popcorn Penguin is iced prior to its trigger going on the trigger stack it's trigger does not happen. For example, if an opponent has the Barron and their own Popcorn Penguin and ices your popcorn penguin, then your Popcorn Penguin is not in play when your start of vibe check triggers happen and therefore you cannot ice your opponent's Popcorn Penguin.
