All Penguins lose all abilities. You can't play additional Penguins as long as this Relic remains in play. (Penguins can still produce Pudge).
Notes & Rulings
- • (02/14/2025) Penguin cards are only considered "penguins" when they are in the huddle. When penguin cards are not in the huddle, they are considered as "penguin cards"
- • (02/10/2025) If a continuous environmental effect causes penguins to loose abilities such as Silent Snow Globe

(https://www.vibes.game/spoiler/BuddyUp) do not layer above it, and the penguins would not gain the new ability. - • (01/26/2025) Wizards being able to produce two pudge of their given color is not an ability, nor is Primo Wizard Penguin
's being able to produce any color of pudge, therefore Silent Snow Globe has no effect on them. - • (01/26/2025) Pudge production is not an ability. While Silent Snow Globe is in play, Penguins can still produce Pudge.
